our story
Urban Microgreens LLC is located in East End Louisville, KY. We grow Living Foods because of their high nutrient density and intense flavor. Our mission is to improve your quality of life while giving you the freshest, most flavorful products.
All of our products are grown to order and delivered weekly to homes, workplaces, juice bars, health food stores, restaurants, yoga studios, and fitness centers.
All seeds and soil are organic. Worm castings, from our worm farm, are used as a natural fertilizer.

Suzanne Ribenboim
Founder, CEO
All her life, Suzanne has grown vegetables. Her parents raised a blended family with 10 kids, so a garden was always there. She studied Exercise Physiology and has always been an athlete. Married with three successful children, she always grew them wholesome, fresh food. With Martha Stewart as inspiration, she selected one of her recipes each day and prepared homecooked meals. Suzanne has always taken great pride in growing and making everything from scratch! Through the years, she wanted to share what she grows and loves; microgreens were just the perfect way to start! So here she is, growing and sharing her love of nutritious food with you and your family.
